Clementina Ramsey-Osere
Clementina is a boardroom expert, a certified corporate governance auditor, and a board evaluator with extensive experience advising on business formation, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, insolvency, and related matters. She has designed and reviewed the corporate governance frameworks of different companies across sectors. Clementina frequently supervises the convening of company meetings and coordinates board retreats, directors’ inductions, and corporate governance training. She has vast experience in providing corporate secretarial and legal advisory services to companies and not-for-profit organizations.
