Lekan Dairo
Lekan has over a decade experience advising clients on complex legal issues, by providing practical legal solutions. He was involved in Nigeria’s first guaranteed infrastructure Bond Issuance of N10,000,000,000.00 Series 1 Senior Guaranteed Fixed Rate Bonds under the N50,000,000,000.00 Medium Term Note Programme for power and gas operations of the Viathan Group.
He has and continues to advise leading indigenous and international energy companies in the oil & gas and power sector. Lekan recently advised and negotiated the renewal of three (3) Power Purchase Agreements with the Lagos State Government. He provides advice regarding regulatory and compliance in the Nigerian electricity supply industry, and legal support required by clients to ensure full compliance with sector specific laws.
When away from work, Lekan likes watching football and has newfound interest for watching Formula 1.
