  • Acting for a Chinese company in mediation proceedings involving a construction contract worth USD $81 Million in respect of an international hotel.

  • Acting for a technology company in an International Chamber Commerce (ICC) arbitration on the interpretation of a Price Protection Clause in a telecommunications capacity agreement.

  • Acted for a multinational oil company in arbitral proceedings in respect of a right of way acquisition.

  • Acted for a multinational oil company in arbitral proceedings regarding a Gas Sale and Purchase Agreement.

  • Acted for an oil servicing company in arbitral proceedings in respect of a contract governed by the Laws of England.

  • Acted for a multinational company in arbitral proceedings in respect of its lease of a lucrative property in Lagos, Nigeria.

  • Acted for an oil-servicing company in mediation proceedings involving a USD $46,000 claim by its erstwhile employee.

  • Represented SPDC in connection with arbitration pertaining to its establishment of the Cawthorne Channel Gas Gathering Facility.

  • Represented Tinapa in an arbitration proceedings pertaining to multiple disputes arising from a suite of contracts, namely, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Consultancy Agreement, Civil Engineering Consultancy Agreement and Structural Engineering Consultancy Agreement. Arbitral proceedings were subsequently suspended by reason of intervention of the Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON), who assumed Tinapa’s obligations under the contracts.

  • Represented Crane Homes Limited in arbitration proceedings in respect of a dispute pertaining to breach of a building contract valued at over Two Billion Naira (N2,000,000,000).

  • Successfully represented a notable Nigerian company at the Federal High Court in the enforcement of a foreign arbitral award handed down in London.

  • Represented a major Nigerian telecommunication company at the State High Court in resisting the enforcement of a domestic arbitral award.

  • Representing a Zambian company with interest in Nigeria in an arbitration commenced against it by a Zambian government entity
