Partner in charge of Banwo & Ighodalo’s Litigation, Arbitration and ADR Practice Group, Mrs. Abimbola Akeredolu, was recently appointed as the 1st female Attorney General/Commissioner for Justice of Ogun State. Abimbola, a well-rounded and experienced Litigator, Chartered Arbitrator, Mediator and Notary Public, joined the B&I Partnership in 2007.

Banwo & Ighodalo Partner, Mrs. Ayotunde Owoigbe was elected to the office of the Secretary of the Nigerian Capital Market Solicitors Association on Tuesday, April 9, 2013. Ayotunde has been actively involved in the firm’s Capital Markets, Corporate Finance and Restructuring, Foreign Investment and Divestment, and Project Finance practice since she joined the firm in 2001.

B&I WINS BOA LAWYERS LEAGUE

Banwo & Ighodalo won the 2013 edition of the BOA Memorial Tournament (Lawyers’ League), an annual football competition amongst Nigerian Law Firms in honour of a Late colleague, Bankole Olumide Aluko.
