Oluwatosin is a versatile and intellectually curious energy and finance lawyer. She routinely provides top notch and innovative solutions to international and indigenous oil & gas companies, governmental institutions and lenders on oil & gas transactions and financings of varying complexities. She also participates in M&A transactions covering the entire value chain of the energy sector. She recently advised a major oil and gas joint venture in connection with its US$1.4billion forward sale financing, provided by 16 lenders from 3 continents. Her excellent communications skills and positive attitude underscore her great personality.
