Olawale has almost a decade post qualification experience in dispute resolution, having been involved in a plethora of matters relating to Corporate Commercial litigation, Labour law, Land law and criminal litigation. He has appeared in several superior courts of record where he has argued highly contentious applications and appeals for and on behalf of both individual and corporate clients.
He was part of the Dispute Resolution team of TRLPLAW (formerly known as Oluyede & Oluyede) where he made outstanding contributions to the team.
Just before he joined Banwo & Ighodalo, he was a core member of the dispute resolution team in the law firm of Ken Ahia, SAN & Associates where his areas of law practice include but not limited to general commercial and civil litigation, arbitration, banking law, labour law, and criminal defense litigation. In his role as a core member of the dispute resolution team, he advised and represented mostly financial institutions in complex commercial transactions and corporate commercial litigations.
