STRUCTURE AND PERSONNEL

The firm is structured as a partnership between Messrs. Femi Olubanwo, Asue Ighodalo, Ken Etim, and Mesdames Abimbola Akeredolu & Ayo Owoigbe, and comprises of over 40 fee earners. To ensure efficient and timeous service delivery, each fee earner works in a team focused on specific practice areas. Each team is headed by a team leader responsible for the delivery of assigned tasks and the performance of their team members. Each team leader reports directly to a partner, and there is easy flow of communication between partners, and the teams.

A concerted programme of regular training by attendance at seminars, conferences and workshops overseas and in Nigeria ensures that available skills are constantly honed to achieve pristine levels of performance.
