- Recently engaged by Addax Petroleum in relation to an oil spill and pollution claim
- Represented Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC) in connection with arbitration pertaining to its establishment of the Cawthorne Channel Gas Gathering Facility. Also involved in several pending litigation involving the Company
- In association with another law firm, we represented and defended Unipetrol Plc. in a shareholder suit arising from its merger with Agip Nigeria Plc.
- Represented the Cross River State Government in a suit relating to its N4 Billion Tourism Development Bond issue.
- In association with another firm, we represented a GSM operator in a suit relating to NCC's interconnectivity tariffs.
- We obtained Anton Piller orders of injunction on behalf of a client in the brewing industry to prevent an infringment of our client's design
