Ayotunde is brilliant and industrious. She is thorough and persistent in exceeding clients’ needs and achieving set goals and objectives, efficiently and timeously. Since she joined the Firm in 2001, she has been involved in nearly all of our Corporate and Project Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Banking and Securitization transactions. She currently heads the Corporate Finance group of the Firm.
